About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Sword Group. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless HR operations, from onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate HR processes, including onboarding, probation, learning and development, and offboarding.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of HR documentation, including employment contracts and pre-employment checks.
  • Provide exceptional support to employees, answering HR-related queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate personnel files and HR systems, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and company policies.
  • Support the HR team in shaping HR projects and initiatives that improve HR processes and deliver functional support for business needs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an HR coordinator or HR administrative role.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all records, reports, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Familiarity with UK employment law and HR best practices, with a commitment to staying updated on changes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A proactive and organized approach, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
