About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Sword Group. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless HR operations, from onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate HR processes, including onboarding, probation, learning and development, and offboarding.
  • Provide exceptional support to new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather valuable insights and feedback.
  • Manage HR documentation, including employment contracts and pre-employment checks.
  • Be the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and issues.
  • Maintain accurate personnel files and HR systems.
  • Support our teams by coordinating health and safety training, compliance measures, and employee travel arrangements.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that improve HR processes and deliver functional support for business needs.
  • Compile reports to inform business decisions and drive strategic HR initiatives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an HR coordinator or HR administrative role.
  • Experience coordinating HR processes, such as onboarding, employee relations, or learning and development.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple tasks and priorities.
