Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and research
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies
- Present and demonstrate our business solutions to potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
- 4+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
