We seek a skilled Sales and Customer Service professional to join our client's team as an Inside Sales / Account Manager. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, processing customer orders, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to drive business growth
- Maintain a deep understanding of company processes and systems
- Efficiently process orders, ensuring accuracy and minimal errors
- Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding order status and pricing
- Coordinate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations
- Stay informed about competitors and their offerings
A strong sales or account management background, preferably within the paper or packaging sectors, is highly valued.
