About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Services Professional to join our team at Bank of America. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support in a fast-paced banking environment.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with experience in cash handling and sales. You will be expected to work effectively as part of a team to meet business objectives and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service and support in a fast-paced banking environment.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $63,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
