Job Summary:
Global Logistics Staff Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Rental Agent to join our team at Inverness Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to retail customers, ensuring a seamless rental experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.
- Conduct thorough vehicle checks before delivery and on collection.
- Validate customers and manage risk to ensure a secure rental experience.
- Complete rental agreements accurately and ensure all essential information is captured.
- Clearly explain all charges to customers, including refueling charges and excess liability.
- Explain return policies to customers and ensure they understand their responsibilities.
- Show customers around the vehicle and accurately complete the Vehicle Condition Report.
- Ensure all documents are signed in the correct place.
- Clean and valet vehicles as required, particularly during peak periods or when staff are short.
Requirements:
- Full driving license, held for at least 2 years.
- Ability to work flexibly to meet business and customer needs promptly and effectively.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
