About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and ambitious Customer Experience Manager to join our team. This is a well-balanced management role with clear accountability, offering the perfect chance to develop your people skills and grow your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delight and inspire customers throughout their shopping experience, from car park to checkout.
  • Manage a medium to large in-store team, assigning tasks, planning breaks, creating rotas, and addressing performance issues.
  • Drive training and create a team where everyone feels welcome and safe to challenge the status quo.
  • Work closely with the Lead Customer Experience Manager to deliver improved customer and retail outcomes.
