Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Care Assistant.

As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they enter our store.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing a positive first impression
  • Assisting customers with their queries and providing support as needed
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including sweeping and mopping the floor, emptying bins, and cleaning toilets
  • Participating in events and activities, such as charity events and dress-up days
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times, including taking orders on tills and assembling food when needed

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work well in a team. If you have a positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
