Job Overview

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the NPD, Innovation, and Technical teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and product innovation.
  • Implement lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
