We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Officer to join our finance team in Royal Tunbridge Wells, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Oversee cash flow management and ensure financial stability.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Lead relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
  • Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Financial Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
