Executive Business Officer

We are seeking an experienced Executive Business Officer to join our team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. As a key member of the Chief Executive's Office, this role will play a critical part in supporting the effective operation of the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Chief Executive Officer's diary, coordinating meetings and events, and providing administrative support to the executive team. This includes preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as required, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
This is a challenging and rewarding role requiring high levels of organisational skills, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working, occupational health support, and extensive training and development opportunities.
