Job Description:
We're looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team in South Wales. As an SDR, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating new leads and setting appointments for our senior sales team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities
- Build relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Communicate the value proposition of our clients' products or services to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and meet targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
- Proven ability to generate new business leads and close deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
