Purpose of the Role
The Pay & Reward Manager - EMEA plays a pivotal leadership role within the HR function, responsible for the strategic and operational management of compensation, reward, and payroll across the EMEA region. This role focuses on developing and managing competitive reward programmes aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent, while ensuring compliance with regional regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation and reward programmes across EMEA, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with both global and local business objectives.
  2. Oversee payroll processes across the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery, while continuously improving systems and workflows to enhance service delivery.
  3. Support the global salary, bonus, and reward review processes, collaborating closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  4. Conduct regular benchmarking of compensation and benefits packages to ensure market competitiveness, and adjust strategies as necessary to maintain talent retention and attraction.
  5. Ensure all compensation, reward, and payroll programmes comply with regional legislation, tax requirements, and company policies.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including HR and Finance, to ensure alignment of reward strategies with broader business objectives.
  7. Drive continuous improvements in the delivery of compensation, reward, and payroll by implementing best practices and optimising payroll and benefits systems.
  8. Lead, mentor, and develop the EMEA Pay & Reward team, fostering professional growth and high performance.
  9. Support merger and acquisition activities from a compensation and reward perspective, including payroll integration and benefits transition.
