Lead Civil Engineering Specialist

As a pivotal member of our Civil and Structural team, we are seeking a Lead Engineer to oversee significant project teams and enhance the growth of our Civil and Structural division. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that projects adhere to budget, timeline, and quality benchmarks, while also fostering team capabilities and resources. Additionally, you will prioritize compliance with quality and management protocols, offering innovative suggestions for directed modifications from leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of C&S project teams
- Guarantee team adherence to company protocols
- Contribute to the advancement of the C&S department
- Direct C&S design execution across various initiatives
- Formulate programs and manage project modifications
- Prepare proposals and cost estimates
- Evaluate technical designs of projects
- Guide and develop junior engineers
- Assist individuals in enhancing their performance

Candidate Profile:
- Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer CEng MICE/ MIStructE
- Proven experience in team leadership and management
- Robust technical expertise in Civil design
- CSCS Card and SC clearance (or eligibility)
- Valid UK Driving Licence
