1. Execute detailed site works in accordance with the project specifications, ensuring regular inspections are conducted.
2. Maintain accurate documentation that adheres to both organizational and legal standards.
3. Collaborate with the project team to develop a two-week work forecast.
4. Foster and promote a culture of safety in the workplace.

Compliance:
Adhere to company protocols and legal requirements.

Quality Assurance:
Identify and recommend opportunities for value engineering.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in site engineering for civil projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, safety regulations, and legal compliance.
- Educational background: Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Completed cable avoidance training.
- First aid certification.
- Training in confined spaces.
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification.

Design Tools/Software:
Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office is essential.
