  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of recruitment professionals to achieve business objectives.


Requirements:




  • CIPD Level 7 Qualification: Possess a CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience: Have experience in a similar role, preferably in the public sector organization.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrate subject matter expertise in recruitment, selection, methodologies, and talent attraction.


Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
