Shopper Marketing Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Shopper Marketing Executive to join our team at Tarsh & Partners Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative shopper activation strategies to drive engagement and sales in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating impactful shopper activation plans to drive engagement in-store for major grocery accounts
  • Manage smaller retailer accounts and channels, including Convenience and the Ireland business
  • Work with customers to deliver evaluations and reporting for each account
  • Oversee temporary and permanent POS and display equipment to empower Field Sales teams and enhance brand presence in-store
  • Collaborate on strategic projects aimed at driving in-store activation and standout for the brand
  • Engage with creative agencies and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery while aligning closely with key account stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Robust shopper, customer, trade or brand marketing experience gained in a leading FMCG environment, ideally with experience in eCommerce shopper campaigns too
  • Commercial savvy and a good grasp of the grocery retail environment
  • Excellent communication and project management/organisational skills
