Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager - Nursing and Care Homes

We Care Group is a family-owned company that prides itself on delivering high-quality healthcare services with a compassionate and dedicated team. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team and lead our nursing team in driving forward standards of excellent clinical practice.

About the Role:
  • Support the Registered Manager in leading the nursing team and promoting excellent care delivery.
  • Monitor and review standards of care and performance to meet CQC regulations.
  • Formulate staffing rotas and compile care plans and associated clinical documentation.
  • Support service managers during supernumerary shifts to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient running of the care home.
Requirements:
  • Valid PIN and experience working as a Deputy Manager in Nursing and Care home environments.
  • Understanding of the Standards as set out by the Care Quality Commission.
  • Current NMC registration and good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices.
  • Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
