We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at We Care Group. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, while also supporting the Registered Manager in driving forward standards of excellent clinical practice.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and care, with experience in leading a team and developing care plans. You will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing care standards, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care, and promoting a culture of excellence within our homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Monitor and review care standards to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care
  • Lead a team of carers and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care
  • Ensure that all documentation is compliant with NMC guidelines and legislation

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration
  • Experience in leading a team and developing care plans
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current best practice
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
