Relationship Development Executive

KFS Recruitment is seeking a Relationship Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing broker and client relationships to understand their requirements and develop targeted solutions.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable lender in London and drive sales growth by identifying opportunities for growth and proactively seeking new business opportunities. If you have a good network of brokers and introducers and a proven track record of success in sales and lending, we encourage you to apply.
Main Accountabilities:
- Develop and nurture broker and client relationships to understand their requirements and develop targeted solutions.
- Identify opportunities for growth and proactively seek new business opportunities.
- Originate bridging loan applications and support the underwriting team in achieving successful completions.
- Evaluate each loan application against lending criteria and prioritize workload and manage loan pipeline to ensure timely completion of applications.
