Customer Success Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? LRN Corporation is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our clients and expanding their adoption of our e-learning platform.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing customized success plans to meet client goals
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Analyzing client data to identify areas for improvement and optimize user engagement
  • Communicating effectively across departments to ensure seamless delivery of our solution set
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices

To excel in this position, you'll need at least two years of experience driving growth through account management. A background in software as a service (SaaS) applications and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also highly valued. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.

$90,000 - $125,000 per year. Competitive compensation package includes flexible PTO, comprehensive medical coverage, and life insurance.
