Sales and Business Development Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Pertemps Kettering. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for gaining knowledge of our company's products and providing excellent customer service to both existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Deal with sales enquiries from existing customers and new prospects.
- Proactively follow up on all quotations sent to ensure the best chance of securing business.
- Plan and prioritise sales activities using our CRM system.
- Arrange customer site visits to build relationships and develop additional business.
- Process sales orders and raise purchase orders.
- Assist the Systems team with preparing quotations.
- Log non-conformances when appropriate and ensure a good customer outcome.
- Participate at internal meetings and liaise with relevant departments.
