About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Pertemps Kettering. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for gaining knowledge of our company's products and providing excellent customer service to both existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Deal with sales enquiries from existing customers and new prospects.
  • Proactively follow up on all quotations sent to ensure the best chance of securing business.
  • Plan and prioritise sales activities using our CRM system.
  • Arrange customer site visits to build relationships and develop additional business.
  • Process sales orders and raise purchase orders.
  • Assist the Systems team with preparing quotations.
  • Log non-conformances when appropriate and ensure a good customer outcome.
  • Participate at internal meetings and liaise with relevant departments.
