Primary Care Service Coordinator

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Care Quality Adviser. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional patient experiences and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage incoming enquiries, whether via phone or in-person, and respond accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records, adhering to our established policies and procedures.
We operate multiple branches across Lincoln, each offering a unique set of services to our diverse population. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, and we're committed to ongoing staff development and support.
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per year, dependent on experience. This position requires a Disclosure and Barring Service check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
