Job Overview

This role focuses on building strong relationships with influencers in the fintech industry, particularly in EMEA and the UAE. While experience in the fintech industry is desirable, we encourage applications from individuals with a strong track record of creating creator networks and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage influencers, developing strong relationships to maximize their performance.
  • Brief content creators on exciting launch campaigns and ensure high-quality content delivery.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, commission structures, and performance incentives for influencers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on evergreen and campaign-focused content tailored for relevant creators.
  • Provide regular reports on performance, growth initiatives, and competitive analysis to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Juggle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Experience building programs across multiple platforms: X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
  • Content Knowledge: Strong understanding of best-in-class content for various platforms.
