Job Overview

The Account Manager will be working on behalf of a global electronics brand, supporting project management on all briefs for both production and activations, as well as print and digital art working requirements.

As a key member of the studio team, the Account Manager will work closely with both the studio and production teams to deliver the highest possible execution of client briefs, while expertly managing the expectations of multiple stakeholders across a variety of projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong production and event management experience working in a client-facing role, with a solid understanding of the creative process and working with a studio team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for clients and actively build relationships
  • Ensure successful delivery of all creative projects, including activations and 3D window displays
  • Work in partnership with the Traffic Manager, creative team, and account management to review areas of improvement and implementation
  • Deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations, and ensure activity is recorded using designated company tools
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Deliver operational excellence
  • Deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard of accuracy
  • Brief suppliers on client requirements
  • Update and manage critical paths and WIP documents
  • Visit vendors onsite to carry out thorough QC checks 100% of all items produced

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Experience working within an agency in a production or project management role
  • Management of projects across both campaign and digital communications
  • Experience of managing complex builds and digital campaigns
  • Management of multi-discipline teams: Account Management, Strategy, UX, Creative, Design, Production
  • Highly motivated and an expert in project management and delivery
  • Strong ethos to deliver innovative, creative solutions that have the client's needs at the heart
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to communicate with authority, with good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Understanding of processes, workflows, tools, and methodologies
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Commercially astute
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Stays calm under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Has a high level of production and activation knowledge
  • Able to troubleshoot unexpected project issues and implement preventative measures
  • Approachable and confident to offer advice in client meetings
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google apps
