About the Role

Ruby Energy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Administration
    • Administer HR-related documentation, including contracts, leavers' information, and pension details.
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in our HR database, including payroll data and contact information.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Produce daily and weekly reports for the group of businesses and GPD.
    • Collate, analyze, and report on statistical data and management information.
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including ID cards and references.
    • Process joiner and leaver documentation, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
  • Communication and Meetings
    • Take minutes and record meetings as required.
    • Attend meetings, including grievances, performance, and disciplinary hearings.
  • Other Duties
    • Manage your own caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Contribute to effective internal communication tools, ensuring all employees are informed of new developments and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication skills for liaising with employees at all levels and other teams within the business.
  • Technical Skills
    • Experience of Microsoft Office is essential, with a proven track record of numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Administration and Organization
    • Administration experience gained in an office environment.
  • Professionalism and Integrity
    • A high level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Qualifications and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD Level 3 / working towards Level 5) is preferred.
