**Pay Rate**: 16
to 17 £7.50 / 18+ from £9.97 up to £10.42 per hour depending on age
**Working Hours**: Full Time or Part Time / Various Days & Hours Available
What You'll Be Doing
As a Welcome Host within our Guest Experience Team, you will support our Security Team to provide an outstanding welcome experience for our Guests and Owners in various locations across the Park.
You will engage and build relationships with Guests, being highly visible, approachable, and knowledgeable of all park facilities, answering queries, supporting, and guiding them in the right direction... Creating a ‘sense of community’, that creates memories that last a lifetime.
- Meeting Guests & Owners at the main gate as they drive into the Park
- Checking Guests ‘Passes’ across the Park
- Acting as an ‘Information Guide’ and delivering excellent customer service
What We Would Like You To Bring
You may already be a Theme Park Welcome Host or Customer Service Advisor, but you really don’t need any experience to join our TeamAll we are looking for is a natural communicator with a genuine passion for helping people by delivering first class customer service, even at the busiest times.
You may come for a season and stay for a decade. You may start with us as a Welcome Host and grow into a General Manager’s roleEither way we would love an opportunity to discuss our Park based roles with you and all we have to offer you by joining our Team at Haven
