About the Job:

We're seeking a seasoned executive to lead our e-commerce and operations team. Our company has experienced rapid growth, with our e-commerce platform reaching $800K in monthly revenue within just 5 months. We're now poised to expand globally and are looking for a strategic leader to drive our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Establish and maintain systems to ensure operational efficiency and minimize risk.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and inform decision-making.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and profit management.
  • Lead the growth of the company through sustainable performance over the next 2-3 years.
About You:

We're looking for a candidate with a strong track record of success in executive and senior leadership roles, particularly in e-commerce and brand management. The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum 7 years of experience in executive and senior leadership roles in a fast-paced growing e-commerce and brand company.Strong strategic planning, forecasting, data analysis, and risk management skills.Experience in financial planning, P&L management, accounting, and budget planning.Experience scaling businesses through business development and sales is a plus.High emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and strategic leadership.Fluency in English and ability to work across different time zones.Compensation tied to company revenue growth and profitability.Opportunity to work remotely with flexible hours (preferably EU timezone).Access to expert advisors with experience in managing VCs or leading large e-commerce brands.
