Job Summary:

Manchester Hospital School is seeking an experienced Child Protection Lead to protect and promote the welfare of all pupils at the school. This includes pupils who are taught in the community and in the home due to their health needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in safeguarding and child protection, with experience of working with children and young people with complex needs. They will be responsible for developing and implementing safeguarding policies and procedures, and for providing guidance and support to staff and parents.

The school operates across a number of sites, teaching children of all ages and abilities. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the school's leadership team and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in safeguarding and child protection, with experience of working with children and young people with complex needs.
