As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure financial stability through effective financial planning and analysis.
  • Oversee financial processes, including audits, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive financial decision-making.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel to analyze and present financial data.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
