Client Success Manager Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Head of Client Services to join our team based in Leicestershire.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in digital and web-based projects, including SEO, PPC, social media, and web development. They will also possess excellent communication, pitching, and presenting skills, as well as being proactive, focused, and resilient.
About the Role:
- To lead the Account Management team and develop strategies for client growth and retention
- To refine existing client services processes and systems, and partner with the Managing Director in forecasting and building the new business pipeline
- To secure new business opportunities through contact prospects and follow-ups
What We Are Looking For:
- Highly experienced in account management and account growth
- Solid experience in digital and web-based projects - SEO, PPC, Social & Web Development
- Excellent communication, pitching, and presenting skills
- Proactive, focused, and resilient
- Commercially astute, and able to build successful relationships with clients and customers
