About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and client-focused Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Building Services expert to join Cundall's growing team in a senior leadership position. As part of the Senior Team and under the guidance of our Partner/Director, the Associate Director will be responsible for the operational delivery of projects, management of project teams, management of client relationships, and line management of teams. The successful candidate will play a leading role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative design solutions for various building projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control financial aspects of projects
- Work closely with colleagues across various disciplines to deliver technically excellent and profitable projects
- Develop and nurture outstanding client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Manage, motivate, and lead a team of multi-disciplinary engineers
Requirements
A Chartered Engineer with a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, the ideal candidate will have gained extensive experience within a building services context, ideally with over 10-15 years of experience in a similar role. They will possess a strong understanding of low-energy design and proven technical expertise in relevant design software. The successful candidate will have consistently demonstrated their ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and teams to deliver to and exceed client expectations.
