Job Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Building Surveyor Director, you will be encouraged to pursue and develop work streams that you enjoy and explore niches within that field. You will have the space to work autonomously on your own projects as well as working together with your colleagues towards team objectives.
  • You will be responsible for business development, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and mentoring younger members of the team as they move towards sitting their APC.
  • The ideal candidate will be MRICS Chartered (5 years post-qualified) with a spread of project experience and the drive to contribute to a growing team and business.
