About the Role

Cundall is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Associate Director to join our growing team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. As part of the Senior Team and under our Partner/Director, the Associate Director will take responsibility for the operational delivery of projects, the management of project teams, the management of client relationships and the line management of teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and control financial aspects of projects
  • Work closely with colleagues of various disciplines to manage the delivery of technically excellent, profitable projects
  • Play a leading role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative design solutions for some of the exciting building projects in Edinburgh and around the region
  • Manage multiple large-scale projects and teams to deliver to, and exceed client expectations
Requirements
  • A Chartered Engineer, educated to degree level in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
  • Vast experience within a building services context
  • A strong understanding of low energy design
  • Proven technical expertise in the relevant design software
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
