Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, including assisting with daily living activities, providing dementia care, and accompanying clients to appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities: Help clients with personal care, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks.
  • Provide dementia care: Offer empathy and patience to clients with dementia, and assist with activities that promote cognitive stimulation and engagement.
  • Accompany clients to appointments: Provide transportation and support to clients for medical appointments, social events, and other activities.
  • Administer medication: Assist clients with taking medication, and remind them of medication schedules.
  • Support with personal care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other personal care activities.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License and Own Car: A current driver's license and access to a reliable car are required for this role.
  • No Prior Experience Needed: What matters most is your dedication and compassion.
  • Can Work 4-Consecutive Days Each Week: We aim to provide you and our clients with continuity.
