Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Care Worker to join our team at i-Care Domcare. As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in the Swansea and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver person-centered care and support to individuals with physical or learning disabilities, older people, and their families.
- Work collaboratively with the community team to provide a professional and dedicated service.
- Assess and meet the needs of service users, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training is provided.
- Access to a car and a full driver's license is required.
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Paid mileage at 25p per mile.
- Free uniform and PPE.
- Free comprehensive training, including the opportunity to gain QCF qualifications.
