About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team in the Wales area.

As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients with spinal cord injury or complex care physical disabilities in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, as well as moving and handling, domestic tasks, and social activities.
  • Support clients to lead independent lives in their homes and communities.
  • Work closely with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £805 per week / £115 per day on a zero hour contract.
  • Potential for regular consistent work with set rolling rotas minimum of 2 weeks on.
