About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at i-Care Domcare. As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in the Swansea and surrounding areas.

As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes or in community settings
  • Assess and identify the needs of our clients, developing personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • No experience necessary as full training is given
  • Access to a car and full driver's license
  • Applicants must be 18+
