About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at i-Care Domcare. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in the Swansea and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with physical or learning disabilities, older people, and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with the community team to deliver a dedicated and professional service.
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • No experience necessary - we provide comprehensive training.
  • Access to a car and full driver's license.
