Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and monitoring foster carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
- Providing training and guidance to foster carers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Attending meetings as required to discuss case progress and develop strategies for supporting children.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £39,000 per annum, plus a car allowance of £3,000. Additionally, you will receive 30 days annual leave, access to a pension scheme, and comprehensive healthcare benefits.
