Requirements:
  • Strong administrative background with proven experience in HR or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
  • CIPD or part CIPD qualification is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
