Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling, to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Strong administrative background with proven experience in HR or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
- CIPD or part CIPD qualification is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Competitive salary up to £32,000, commensurate with experience.
