Our IT department assists the wider office with technical queries and building systems and platforms required for the successful maintenance and evolution of the business. As an ERP Systems Manager, you will:
- Develop customised Business Central configurations and extensions that meet client needs.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process, including data migration, system configuration, user training, and go-live support.
- Provide hands-on training and testing support to end users, ensuring they are confident and capable of using Business Central to its fullest potential.
- Offer ongoing support to address any issues and optimise performance where possible.
- Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, developers, and IT support staff, to deliver seamless implementations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, configuration settings, and user guides, to support knowledge transfer and long-term system maintenance.
