Finance Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team in Washington.

  • The successful candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is on offer, along with performance bonuses, pension scheme, private healthcare, and flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
  • Monitoring and managing the company's cash flow, ensuring financial stability.
  • Overseeing month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Managing relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Providing strategic financial advice to senior management.
  • Implementing and improving financial systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
