We are seeking a Procurement and Planning Specialist to join our United Living Group team in Washington. This role offers a long-term career opportunity with a Main Contractor, where you can develop your skills and be part of an industry-leading organisation.

Your Role: The Procurement and Planning Specialist will be responsible for managing workload to comply with Client Service Level Agreements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Managing NRSWA requirements on individual schemes to minimize financial risk and non-compliance
  • Coordinating with local authorities
  • Effectively liaising with all stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivation and ability to work within a team
  • Good spoken and written communication skills at all levels
  • Confidence in using computer packages and familiarity with planning tools
  • Ability to work under pressure to deadlines, IT literate, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
