Finance Manager Role at beBee Professionals

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance team in Washington, UK. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits.
  • Ensure tax laws and financial regulations compliance.
  • Develop strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
  • Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
