This role involves providing technical support to the Manufacturing Team to overcome production challenges and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Manufacturing Team to identify and resolve production issues.
  2. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  3. Ensure effective implementation of New Product Introductions (NPI) and engineering changes.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date manufacturing documentation and quality system documents.

Requirements:

  • A master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or physics.
  • Advanced knowledge in mechanical assemblies, mechatronics, and metrology.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems, including production routings and BOM structures.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques.
