Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Specialist to join our team at ELCORA ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS PLLC. As a key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including proactive and preventative maintenance on a wide range of site equipment. This will involve carrying out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse, using the latest tools to maximize equipment effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as necessary
  • Carry out proactive and preventative maintenance on a wide range of site equipment
  • Conduct reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse
  • Use the latest tools and technologies to maximize equipment effectiveness
  • Uphold all health and safety policies and practices
  • Support the development and progression of on-site apprentices
  • Work on continuous improvement projects and roll out best practices across a range of EU sites

Preferred Qualifications

  • Apprentice Trained, HNC, HND, BSc, BEng
  • Experience in condition-based monitoring
  • Experience working with print and apply machines
  • Experience in fault-finding and maintaining conveyor or automation systems
