We are seeking an experienced Senior Equipment Implementation Specialist to manage capital investment projects from concept to completion. This includes specifying, justifying, and procuring equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.

  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment, ensuring alignment with operational goals, safety standards, and production timelines.
  • Evaluate the success of new equipment and processes post-implementation, using metrics to ensure efficiency and identify further opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a related field, or extensive equivalent experience.
