Job Opportunity: Crane & Lifting Equipment Engineer Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Crane & Lifting Equipment Engineer Surveyor to join our team at Pioneer Selection. This role involves visiting client sites to ensure all equipment meets Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting client sites to conduct crane and lifting equipment inspections
  • Ensuring equipment meets Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards
  • Providing expert advice on crane and lifting equipment maintenance and repair
  • Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve equipment-related issues

Requirements:

  • Hold an HNC in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Marine, or Automotive Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Significant experience in crane and lifting equipment maintenance and repair
  • Knowledge and understanding of LOLER & PUWER regulations
  • Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions on equipment condition and future use
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to influence customers
