Internal Sales

Want to drive industry growth and advance your career? We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales professional to join our team in Leeds.

This dynamic role offers a unique blend of sales, customer service, and problem-solving skills. As an Internal Sales professional, you will play a pivotal part in building strong relationships with our customers, delivering exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue growth.

Our specialist knowledge and technical expertise enable us to deliver products and services that keep production lines moving. As an Internal Sales professional, you will work closely with our customers to ensure they have all the necessary parts, spares, and tooling to operate efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or a trade counter environment. However, full training will be provided so don't let this stop you from applying.

We offer a highly competitive base salary of £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus annual leave that increases with service, cycle to work scheme, pension scheme, flexible working, industry-leading training through the Rubix Academy, leadership opportunities, and mentoring.
